THREE SILENCES
“Not every quiet means the same thing.”
Three long faces stand shoulder to shoulder: one cream and turned slightly away, one oxblood and looking straight out, one black and closed entirely. The negative space between them does as much work as the forms.
Built in deep relief on a textured ground, with the frame taken to black so nothing competes with the three colours. It is the most graphic piece in the collection and wants a dark or heavily lit wall.
